You'll be welcomed with a 30min restorative reformer flow with Coco Instructor - Sarah, followed by a 45-minute sound bath with Rebecca. Using singing bowls, gongs and resonant tones, she’ll create an immersive soundscape to quiet the mind, release tension and calm the nervous system, helping you fully unwind. You’ll also leave with a little take-home reset gift 💛
