Strength training - the Coco way.
A strength-based reformer class combining Reformer Pilates with strength training principles to help you build strength, endurance and confidence over time.
Programmed in progressive 4-6 week training blocks, classes use resistance, heavier loads, sets and repetitions to help you build strength consistently at your own pace.
Expect strength-based movement, an upbeat soundtrack and a seriously satisfying full-body workout!
With coaching and levelling options throughout, this class is suitable whether you’re new to strength training or looking to level up.
Enjoy a stretch and reset to finish.

If you’re already attending the studio, you can continue regular classes until 14 weeks of pregnancy. After this, you’ll need to join our Prenatal Course.
